Springmeyer Mansion

One of the most extensive and unique home remodel and restoration projects Arukah have ever done. This Springmeyer mansion was a full home remodel and restoration project, inside and out. From custom made shutters to centuries old French wood panel restoration and install. This was one of the most unique projects we have ever done. And the results were phenomenal, some of Arukah’s best work.

Commercial Project

Milagro Cabins

This was a near full remodel of the Milagro cabins. Another extensive renovation, inside and out. This renovation consisted of many parts from structural renovations to custom cabinetry. Everything was done in a timely manner and to the great sadisfaction of the client.

A chandelier in the middle of a room.
Residential Project

Woodlands Home

A personal favorite of Marks’ this wood panel ceiling was a custom make and installation. The accenting on the panels were custom milled by Mark at the request of the client. Great pride and effort were put into this project and in the end it showed.

Commercial Project

Tomball Coffee Shop

This was a great project, a small business build in Tomball. A coffee shop called Re:Bar Cafe & Juicestillery, has a fun eclectic aesthetic. With that eclectic style Arukah was able to put a little flare into the build. The results speak for themselves.

A restaurant with brick walls and wooden tables.
A wooden structure with a metal railing on the side.
Residential Project

Bee Cave Home

Near full exterior home remodel and restoration project. This job involved a patio walkway build looking over a cliff with a custom steel wire railing. Initially starting small with the replacing of the homes soffits. The client was so impressed eventually it grew to a near full home remodel.

Commercial Project

Children's Home

A charity job, this renovation was to update a children’s home near Houston. As can clearly be seen despite the project being for charity. Great care and quality work was still put into the project. Some furniture pieces were also built and donated.

A large open room with a bar and kitchen.
A wooden staircase leading to the front door of a house.
Residential Project

Austin Home

This was a full residential exterior remodel that included some structural repair. Some parts of the home had extensive rot and termite damage. Despite that Mark was able to repair and remodel the exterior in a relatively short time frame. While still keeping the same high standard of work many of his clients know him for.
